OrderSay Sub-processors

This list covers the providers that process personal data on behalf of the stores that install OrderSay. Each one is bound by a data processing agreement [to be confirmed for each provider before publication]. Providers that act under a merchant's own agreements (Shopify, the WhatsApp Business Platform) or for our own business purposes are named separately in our Privacy Policy, section 6.
We announce a new or replaced sub-processor on this page, and by email or in the app, at least [30] days before it starts processing store data. Stores can object as described in our Data Processing Agreement, section 5.

Transfers outside the EU
Render and Microsoft belong to groups headquartered in the USA. Our team works from Türkiye, so authorised staff may access data from outside the EU. The applicable transfer mechanism for each recipient is identified in our transfer schedule [to be completed with the lawyer], and transfers that require safeguards will not begin until those safeguards are in place. Where Turkish law (KVKK) applies, the mechanism required by Article 9 of Law No. 6698 must be in place before the transfer begins; EU Standard Contractual Clauses do not replace it.
